Graphical design control boxes 3.1

Quintex App enables users to create customized control boxes or control stations designed for hazardous areas, available in glass fiber reinforced polyester or stainless steel enclosures. The application features a user-friendly graphical interface for ease of use. Users can specify up to 15 functions based on the standard predefined enclosures provided for control boxes. By selecting the desired configuration, users are guided to another screen where functions can be positioned by selection and drag-and-drop manipulation.

For detailed information on a selected item, a longer touch on the picture reveals a brief explanation. Switch functions and illuminated pushbuttons prompt users to specify the characteristics of the switching module (e.g., NC, NO). Additionally, users can define gland requirements (quantity and size) on both the top and bottom sides of the enclosure.

Throughout the design process, users have visibility into the real-time pricing of their control box, as updated for 2020/2021. Once the design steps are complete, the user can save an image of the control box or directly submit an inquiry. Pricing details are based on the current rates for 2020/2021.

Upon submission via email, users have the ability to define label text for functions and include special notes.
